Collectors Weapons? - Guild Wars Forums

I was wondering if the weapons you get from collectors stay the same everytime you get them or if the upgrades are random? For example:

I got a sword in Picken Square from a collector for 3 charr idols. It had the Lengthen Bleeding Duration and +25% damage vs Charr. Like a dummy I went out and added a new hilt for 3% chance of double adreniline and lost the other upgrades. My question is this:

If I go back to that same trader with 3 more charr idols and get that same sword again, will I get the same exact sword or will it be different?

I got the same thing back, but I have only tried it once so I don't know for sure.

Yeah...you get exactly the same things from all collectors all the time.
Their invetory doesn't change.

unfortunately you cant salvage the pieces from these collectors items. But none the less, the are still useful
